Domestic Applicants
We offer various application deadlines to U.S. residents. By applying earlier in the cycle, you will receive priority consideration for a graduate assistantship. After the final deadline, applications are accepted on a rolling basis until one week before class starts.

International Applicants
International applicants who need a student visa must apply by an earlier, hard deadline.

The Robinson College of Business has been helping current and future healthcare administrators develop a strategic approach to the healthcare industry since 1961. The curriculum provides the depth and breadth needed to succeed in multiple healthcare sectors such as health management, leadership, data analytics, health informatics, and finance. Program faculty possess several years of on-the-ground experience in health administration, health services, health IT, and managed care. Plus, we keep good company: Robinson is a member of the Business School Alliance for Health Management, an international consortium of 20 institutions dedicated to advancing thought leadership and education in the global health sector. Other members include Harvard, Johns Hopkins, UC Berkeley, Vanderbilt, and Yale.

Join Future Healthcare Executives

Through the Future Healthcare Executives (FHE) student organization, you will attend networking events and engage in experiential learning opportunities. As part of the FHE guest speaker series, you will interact with healthcare professionals and executives. During industry site visits, you will witness how organizations impact the healthcare field. You also will be privy to job openings as well as professional development and mentoring opportunities.

You will join a cohort and create long-lasting relationships that can become important professional connections. Students hail from a variety of backgrounds, and many already work at companies such as Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Emory Healthcare, Kaiser Permanente, and Northside Hospital.

Compete in Case Competitions

You will compete in three national case competitions:

Business Alliance for Healthcare Management Education Case Competition – Robinson finished second in 2016.

Everett V. Fox Student Case Competition, sponsored by the National Association of Health Service Executives – Robinson placed third in 2014, and regularly advances to the semi-finals.

Health Administration Case Competition, sponsored by the University of Alabama in Birmingham – Robinson finished in the top five in 2019.

The M.S. in Health Administration program is designed to meet the needs of students who desire a background in health administration and the opportunity to acquire specialized skills in areas of business or healthcare administration, including health information systems and data analytics.

Program graduates work for a variety of well-respected organizations including Children’s Hospital of Atlanta, Emory Healthcare, Grady Health System, Kaiser Permanente, Northside Hospital, Piedmont Healthcare, and WellStar Atlanta Medical Center. Ninety five percent of our 2023 graduates secured employment within 3 months of graduation.
