FINALIZE YOUR CLASS SCHEDULE. ORDER BOOKS FOR YOUR CLASSES.
Classes begin Jan. 13. You can purchase or rent books for your classes at the Georgia State University Bookstore.
TUITION PAYMENT DEADLINE IS MONDAY, JAN. 13 AT 5 P.M.
Log in to PAWS to review your financial aid package, accept or decline awards, and pay your balance.
SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH AN ADVISOR.
If you have any questions about your class schedule for the spring term You can easily connect with a member of your academic advising team by logging onto the Navigate Student mobile app or to the navigate webpage.
GET YOUR PANTHERCARD IF YOU HAVEN’T ALREADY.
As your official Georgia State identification, PantherCard is your passport on campus — your access card to the library, campus facilities, meal plans and more. To get yours, bring your government-issued ID to the PantherCard Office (University Bookstore Building, Suite 200).
SIGN UP FOR PANTHERALERT. DOWNLOAD THE LIVESAFE APP.
PantherAlert sends out critical safety information about inclement weather and campus safety emergencies through email, text messages, phone calls and social media. LiveSafe allows students to request safety escorts, report crime tips and more.
PICK UP A NEW MARTA PASS OR A PARKING PERMIT.
As a Georgia State student, you can get a discounted monthly MARTA pass through Campus Services. If you’re planning on driving to campus, get a parking permit through ParkingWeb.

Panther Welcome is Georgia State's official welcome celebration to help you engage with the university. At the beginning of the fall and spring semesters, programs are offered across our campuses, including "Ask Me" booths on each campus to help you navigate the first week of classes. You’ll meet members of your Panther family, unlock valuable resources and celebrate Georgia State’s culture and tradition.
