I am currently employed as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Economics Department
in the Andrew Young School of
Policy Studies at Georgia
State University.
I am the Director of the GSU Center for Business
and Economic Education, which is part of the network of Centers in the
Georgia
Council on Economic Education and the National
Council on Economic Education.
I am the Director of Undergraduate Studies in the GSU Economics Department; my duties include advising economics undergraduate students.
I earned my Ph.D. in economics from the University
of Colorado-Boulder. (Click here for a campus tour.)
My fields are natural resources/environmental economics and public economics.
I also earned degrees (M.B.A. and B.S. in mathematics and computer science)
from West Georgia College
(now known as the University of West Georgia), and my M.S. in
mathematics from the University of
Tennessee-Knoxville.
