Georgia State President Mark P. Becker launched the university's ambitious strategic plan Monday, Jan. 31 in a speech in the university's Student Center. The plan, which sets the course for the university for the next decade and beyond, is the result of a yearlong process that brought together audiences from around the Georgia State community.
