There are two types of Elluminate events, courses and meetings.

What is a vClass/Elluminate Course?

A course is normally listed in the course catalogue. Courses extend over a semester or a minimester and meet weekly on the same days at the same time. Elluminate courses are created by the instructor inside their uLearn course. Instructions for doing this can be found here.

What is a vClass/Elluminate Meeting?

A meeting is an event that can take place any time on any day. Meetings may be a conference, a virtual office, or a practice room. Meetings may be open for a few hours or several months. Faculty can set up an Elluminate meeting room through their uLearn course (Instructions for doing this can be found here), or they can request a meeting by filling out the Meeting Request Form. Staff and students may request an Elluminate meeting by completing the Meeting Request Form.
