Getting Started

If you are a Moderator (Instructor, Team or Group Leader, etc)

1. Decide if you need a Meeting(one-time event) or a Course(multiple session event)
2. Courses can be created within your uLearn course.  Instructions for setting these up can be found here
3. If you want to set up a meeting, complete and submit the Request a Meeting form found here
4. Once you receive your confirmation of a Meeting  download the required software (Java Web Start)
5. If you requested a Meeting, forward the login information to the people you wish to invite to the meeting. 

If you are a Participant (Student, Attendee, Visitor, Guest, etc)

To attend an Elluminate session:

1. You will receive information from your instructor (for a Meeting) or your instructor (for a Course)
2. Review the Participant section of this website including documentation
3. Download the required software (Java Web Start)
4. Login at the appointed days and times
