General uLearn FAQs
- How do I login?
To login to uLearn use your CampusID and password. To find your information or to change your password, go to https://campusid.gsu.edu/
- What kind of computer/software do I need to use uLearn?
A complete list of recommended hardware and software may be found in the Online Support Center pages.
- My courses aren't showing in the Course Listing.
If you are a student, please contact your instructor. He/she will be able to add you.
If you are a new instructor to Georgia State and are not yet shown as primary instructor for the course in GoSolar, please ask the Department Chair to email help@gsu.edu and include your name, your username, the course name and the course section you need to access.- I just got married/divorced. How can I get my name changed in uLearn?
To request a name change, students must submit a Form for Change of Name with the Office of the Registrar. Faculty and staff must complete the Personal Data Change Form with Human Resources. Please allow time for the form to be submitted to all areas on campus in order to affect the change.
- I'm a student trying to login to my uLearn class but I get a message "This service is not available yet"
By default, courses and sections for all official Georgia State courses are generated automatically in uLearn, according to data listed in Banner/GoSolar. Not every instructor chooses to use uLearn. Other instructors may not yet have uploaded materials to that particular section. Where no materials have been added, you will see the message "This service is not available yet"
- Where can I get help?
- We have some tutorials posted for instructors and for students.
The Online Support Center has a searchable database to help resolve your problems. You may also submit help requests by clicking on the "Request Support" tab on that site. - I am a new instructor at GSU. Where can I get training?

Workshops and one-on-one sessions are available at the Exchange, located in Library South, Room 106. The hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, except holidays. For more information, please contact the Exchange at exchange@gsu.edu or call 404-413-4700.
