Noel Rivera Noel Rivera is the Program Manager for the CSC’s (Contemporary Services Corporation) Panther Ambassador program at Georgia State University. Noel attended Marymount College of Nursing and is fluent in both Spanish and Russian. Prior to coming to Georgia, Noel worked at Yankee Stadium in the loss prevention and crowd management industry for over 15 years. Upon moving to Atlanta, Noel worked for the Kroger Company as a Project Manager and in the Corporate Security Department. He has also worked for seven years as a back of the house function’s Manager at Gwinnett Arena. Noel currently works for the Gwinnett County Police and the Gwinnett County District Attorney’s Office. Additionally, Noel is a member of CSC’s Georgia Dome, National Football Leagues, Special Response Team. |

Ron Smith Ron Smith is a former, United States Naval Linguistics officer from California. He worked as a certified Emergency Medical Technician and Paramedic in California. Ron is fluent in five languages and has a Degree in Business Management. Ron will be the Lead Supervisor for the CSC’s Panther Ambassador Program at GSU. Ron is an avid sportsman and will be the fitness leader among the group offering dietary advice and fitness tips. Ron’s knowledge and skills learned from years as an EMS first responder will be instrumental and helpful for the entire team. Ron has already begun development of additional in-service training curriculums for the team to include blood Bourne pathogens, CPR and infectious diseases. |

Melvin Wise Melvin Wise comes to CSC with over six years of specialized security experience in several areas of expertise. Working with a private firm who was an industry leader in apartment and residential security, Melvin quickly became a team leader managing many aspects of the company’s security operations. Melvin has worked both residential and commercial locations. Melvin has worked with CSC almost 2 years and is a member of CSC’s, National Football League, Special Response Team for Atlanta Falcon’s home football games. He has worked over 30 major events including the 2011 PGA Tournament at John’s Creek. |

Robert Lockhart Robert Lockhart is a retired veteran sheriff’s deputy from Polk County, in Des Moines, Iowa. With over 15 years experience in Law Enforcement, Robert is the most senior and experienced member of the CSC / Georgia State team. Robert is an experienced trainer with a desire to help young security and customer service professionals. |

Brien Fullwood Brien Fullwood is a California native who has worked with CSC for over 7 years. Brien came to Georgia with his family and began his crowd management career at the Georgia Dome. Over the past 7 years Brien has been promoted to the role of Logistics Manager and is responsible for Logistics Operations for CSC’s Georgia operations which includes some the largest events and venues in the state. Brien is instrumental in procurement of communications equipment, patrol equipment, and uniforms. Brien’s involvement with the program will lend an important and vital logistics support role to the team. |

Rene Garcia Rene Garcia is currently serving his 5th year in the Georgia Army National Guard as Military Policeman. He possesses FEMA Certifications in Anti-terrorism and Hazardous Materials Awareness. He is a certified Army Instructor in Less Than Lethal Weapons Courses, and a Communications Instructors Certification. He is a Federally Certified Linguist in the language of Spanish. Rene possesses an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice, and attends the University of Georgia. Rene has been with CSC since 2011 and works as a Special Response Team member. |

Daniel Gallego Daniel Gallego entered the Unites States Navy in 2001, and upon completion of boot camp went on to attend the Navy Law Enforcement Academy in Virginia Beach, VA. After successfully completing the academy, Daniel became a Patrolman, where he also qualified as a Field Training Officer, Dispatcher, Duty Section Armorer, and Special Response Team Member. Daniel later attended a myriad of specialized Navy security, force protection and combat schools, as well as Marine Corp crew-served weapons training. Daniel completed two full deployments: protecting the Iraqi Oil Terminals, and operations in the Arabian sea. In April 2007 Daniel reported to NATO Headquarters, Supreme Allied Command Transformation, Norfolk, VA as the Assistant Security Supervisor, and Patrolman. In November 2010, upon completion of his contract, Daniel was Honorably Discharged from the Navy after serving over 9 years. |

Bailey Arnaud Bailey Arnaud graduated from Reinhardt University with a bachelor's degree in Sports Administration and a minor in Business. After graduation she completed a summer internship with the Cherokee Parks and Recreation Agency. She recently joined the CSC Event Staff working at Georgia State Unviersity. |

Andrea Jones Andrea Jones is an accomplished trainer with more than ten years in law enforcement and security. She holds numerous certifications, such as violence prevention, threat assessment, use of force and incident command. Andrea recently moved from Raleigh/Durham, NC., where she worked for Wake County Sheriff’s Office for four years and ten years with Allied Barton Security, Private Security, and other Security Companies. Andrea is currently an employee of the Atlanta Job Corps Center (AJCC), where she assists with the daily transportation of students and helps to ensure a safe learning environment through handling dynamic and violent encounters, recognizing the signs and signals of danger (body language), and decision making under pressure. |
