Popular activities in the Student*University Center include watching movies in the professionally equipped Cinefest movie theatre and shopping in the extensive University Bookstore, which offers everything from textbooks, course materials and computers to clothing, gifts and snacks.

University Bookstore

A unit of Auxiliary and Support Services, the University Bookstore sells licensed Georgia State merchandise, textbooks and a range of other items in the Bookstore Building adjacent to the University Center, as well as online. The Bookstore entrance is accessible from the third floor of the University Center near the Information Center.

Cinefest Film Theatre

The Cinefest Film Theatre, a student-run movie theatre coordinated by Spotlight Programs Board, shows a wide variety of movies on the second floor of the University Center. Films range from independent films, foreign films and documentaries to cult classics and popular current releases.
