Bryce McNeil received a Bachelor of Arts from Cape Breton University and a Master of Arts from the University of Maine. Mr. McNeil has worked for the Student*University Center since August 2008. He provides counsel and manages the leaders of the student media outlets GSTV, New South and The Signal. GSTV provides student-produced and public domain content to Georgia State University Housing and to PeopleTV. New South produces a biannual student-reviewed journal of literature and presents student readings in the Atlanta area. The Signal distributes 3,500 copies of its newspaper 30 weeks of the year.
