Make a Reservation
New reservations for the Fall Semester are accepted exclusively from student organizations until the first Monday in April of the preceding Spring. New reservations for the Spring and Summer semesters are accepted exclusively from student organizations until the first Monday in October of the preceding Fall. After these priority scheduling dates, all other reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Chartered student organizations may request space, fee and snack food waivers, changes and cancellations by submitting one of the forms in the Downloads menu at the right.
University departments may request space, snack food waivers, changes and cancellations with the forms in the Downloads menu at the right.
These forms require Adobe Reader to view and may be submitted by e-mail or in person to the Reservations Office.
Groups that are unaffiliated with Georgia State University should review the Off-Campus Clients section for reservation policies and procedures.
Reservations are not confirmed until the requesting organization receives written confirmation from the Reservations Office. Do not sign contracts or advertise events before receiving written confirmation.
