Center Policies

The Student*University Center Administrative Office administers the center’s policies regulating the use of its facilities, and certain outdoor campus venues, for events, advertising and promotion, and commercial solicitation.

The Student*University Center reserves the right to make judgments regarding policy implementation that are in the best interest of the center and Georgia State University.

Facility Regulations

Individuals who utilize Student*University Center facilities are responsible for ensuring that their activities and patrons comply with the policies of the center and the university, as well as applicable state laws.

Late Night/Special Events

Special procedures apply to late-night events, activities for large groups and other programs that may pose security concerns.

Advertising & Posting

Numerous outlets are available for distributing information in the Student*University Center and other locations around campus, subject to advertising and posting policies administered by the center.

Commercial Solicitation

Commercial organizations may request permission to solicit on campus through the Student*University Center Reservations Office.
