- The Exchange is a technology resource center for Georgia State University faculty and academic support staff. The Exchange offers private workspace, conference areas, a recording studio, computer labs and equipment available for checkout.

- Modular training courses, available over the web at not cost.

- Professional Services assists with getting your messages across, technical processes explained, and projects completed without having to be a technical expert yourself.
- Software Available for Staff to Purchase via IS&T
- All software can be purchased from the IS&T Reception Desk on the 13th floor of the Commerce Building at 34 Broad Street.
- Education Instructional Technology Center (ITC)
- ITC is designed for faculty, students, and Pre-K-12 educators to encourage and support technology confidence and expertise in the areas of teaching, collaboration, and consultation.
