Would you care to share a little background on your immediate family or family history?
I have been married over 30 years to my beautiful wife Brenda and we have one daughter who is a nurse in North Carolina…awaiting grandchildren!
How long have you been working at Georgia State University?
April 7, 2012 will be ten years!
What do you do on a typical day?
I arrive at 6 a.m. daily, review the daily events that will be held on the first floor of the Student Center, check rooms for any issues, basically, making sure the building is running smoothly and trash free!
What is your background?
Fifteen years in the U.S. military (ARMY), and a veteran of Desert Storm/Desert Shield, Associate degree in business management, moved to Atlanta ten years ago to begin life at Georgia State University.
What do you do when you're not at work?
Obviously, I keep up with my honey-do list or I wouldn’t be married for over 30 years and it allows for some time to watch sports!
What's your favorite thing in your office?
The employees and the STUDENTS.
What don't people know about you?
A die-hard North Carolina Tarhell fan!
If you weren't working at Georgia State, what would your ideal job be?
An entrepreneur, a business to help others, especially those less fortunate.
