How long have you been working at Georgia State University?
I have worked at Georgia State University since October, 1986, 24 plus years.

What do you do on a typical day?
A typical day consists of administrative and operational duties. However, the majority of any day can change quickly based on the needs of the department. I try to provide accurate and timely customer service at all times. My duties include public and non-public assignments. We strive to deliver exceptional services to all our clients.

What is you background?
I have worked the majority of my adult work life here at Georgia State University. All twenty- four years in the library, five positions in 2 different departments. I graduated from Reinhardt College, A.A., 1981, University of Georgia, ABJ, 1985. I have worked as office manager and as a 911 operator, just to name a few. I have worked since the age of 14.

What do you do when you're not at work?
I spend lots of time with my biological and church families, and quality time with friends. I like reading, gaming, learning and fishing.

What's your favorite thing in your office?
I like working with a great group of people who understand the meaning of teamwork.

What don't people know about you?
I detest rudeness; we have gotten away from truly caring for others' feelings.

If you weren't working at Georgia State, what would your ideal job be?
Ideally, I would work to help the elderly have a better quality of life.
