Leadership: This year I had the privilege of serving in the SGA as a senator. I served on the Student Services Committee. I try to put forth new ideas and support the existing structure of leadership. I have served in church/school leadership, from a camp counselor to project leader in a group setting. I was very involved with community theatre for 4 years, and learned a great deal about managing people and time. I’ve served in an organizational capacity many times including as a Student Assistant at GSU.

 

Platform: I am really passionate about finding a solution to the parking problem at GSU. As SGA, we have begun to investigate new avenues for student parking but there is so much more to be done here. Also, making sure that the students are informed about what is going on “behind the scenes” at the University is a huge issue. Being able to help spread information and get important details to the students, not as an afterthought, but as a priority, is very high on my list.
