Leadership: When I was an undergrad I was on the SGA Finance Board at my school (UMBC).

Statement of Purpose: As a PhD student I'm busy, so I wouldn't be applying to be a SGA senator unless I really wanted to do it. I'm interested in policy making, so the SGA naturally fits my interests. My passion for the job if you elect me will translate into hard work.

Leadership: This past year, I was elected to serve as Student Body President and President of DECA at my high school. I served as Vice President of Public Relations for Georgia DECA and served as the community service chair for Gamma Gamma Sigma sorority.

Statement of Purpose: Growing up, my parents always taught me that the world is so much bigger than me. The only way to make a difference is to forget about ourselves and strive to serve others. If elected, I plan on turning the wishes of my college into realities.

Leadership: I was given the opportunity to mentor dual enrollment juniors and seniors, in high school, in a program called Early College Mentoring with Softer Touch. We discuss real life situations and experiences to show them that they can make smart decisions.

Statement of Purpose: SGA Senators hear the students and vote on behalf of their constituents. As a SGA Senator, I intend to find efficient ways to make the students' time at GSU enjoyable and a lasting memory.

Leadership: Since being on campus for one semester my most notable leadership position I have attained is being the President of the freshmen mentorship step team Peerless Perfexion. I fill out applications and call edition meetings among other responsibilities.

Statement of Purpose: Although this wasn't my choice school, after being here for one semester I have fallen in love with the people and the spirit To become a senator for the College of Arts and Sciences would highlight this and offer another perspective in the Senate.
