The Student Government Association provides various ways for the members of the student body to participate in their activities and events throughout the year.
- General Senate Body Meetings
SGA holds its General Senate Body Meetings biweekly. These meetings are open to the public and we invite students to attend these meetings to learn more about what their Student Government can do for them. The Official SGA Calendar is kept up to date with meetings and events. - Elections
Georgia State students have the opportunity to run for any elected Student Government Association position, as well as vote in the Student Government Association Elections taking place in the Spring Semester of each year. - Vacant Positions
Throughout the school year, vacancies in the different colleges and the executive board may become available. Students have the opportunity to join their Student Government Association through a mid-year interview process. - Volunteer
The Student Government Association has various events it sponsors throughout the school year and all Georgia State students have the opportunity to volunteer as needed with their Student Government Association.
