MLK Service Project
The MLK Service Project is an annual event that is held in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The King day of service brings people from all works of life together, breaks down barriers that have divided us in the past, leads to better understanding and ongoing relationships, and is an opportunity to recruit new volunteers for your ongoing work. Each year hundreds of thousands of people engage in MLK projects such as tutoring and mentoring children, painting schools and senior centers, delivering meals, building homes, and reflecting on Dr. King's life and teachings.
This year's MLK Commemorative Week was a great success and we want to thank everyone that was a part of it. We look forward to next year's event and hope that you would join us again in celebrating the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King.
