EasyView Payment Directions
All members of the Georgia State University community can now take advantage of a new service that allows "pay stubs" (also known as "payment advices") to be viewed online via a secure website at easyview.gsu.edu.
Before you can view your payments on EasyView, you must go to the Profile Manager at profilemanager.gsu.edu to establish your Campus ID and password and to designate an email address so that you can be alerted when payments are made.
To obtain your current information, contact the Help Desk at (404) 413-4357 to obtain the information you will need to setup your profile manager.
Once you have your ID information, do the following:
1. Using an internet browser, go to the Profile Manager.
2. Enter your Campus ID and initial password from the information printed above. (If you have not already reset your initial password, you will be prompted to do so. This will be the password you will use to access the Profile Manager and to view your electronic payment advices at EasyView. If you have already reset your initial password, the information above will indicate "Already Reset By You". If you don't know your password, contact the Help Desk.
3. If you have not previously had an @gsu.edu or @student.gsu.edu email address, you will be prompted to choose a Campus ID, which will also be used to determine your official @gsu.edu email address.
4. You can then designate a Target Email Inbox where email sent to your @gsu.edu address will be delivered. (For example, you can have your @gsu.edu email delivered to your GroupWise/Langate account.)
5. Go to EasyView and use your Campus ID and password to view your payments.
