The Goizueta Foundation Scholars Fund awards at Georgia State are made possible by The Goizueta Foundation, established by Roberto C. Goizueta, the late CEO and chairman of the board of directors of The Coca-Cola Company. The scholarships are designed not only to increase the number of students of Hispanic/Latino origin who enroll and complete their undergraduate degrees at Georgia State but also to provide mentors, internships, and community service experiences to these students so that they can become the leaders of the future. Georgia State University provides Hispanic/Latino students with the opportunity to apply for two different Goizueta scholarships that provide financial support and benefits for a maximum of eight semesters.
