Insurance Claims For Sport or Club Participant Accidents

Club Sport Insurance Policy covers each enrolled student athlete while participating in practice or a scheduled competitive event in the GSU Club Sport Program.  This policy provides excess coverage. This means it pays secondary if you are covered under a primary insurance plan. If you have another insurance plan, that plan would pay its benefits first. The Club Sports Insurance Policy pays any medical expenses not previously paid by the primary insurance plan. If you do not have any other health insurance, this policy  will pay as the primary plan.   To file a Club Sport Accident Claim, please click here.

Touch the Earth Insurance Policy covers each enrolled student athlete during a covered Intramural Sport and/or Touch the Earth activity. This policy provides excess coverage for a period up to 104 weeks after the injury. This means it pays secondary if you are covered under a primary insurance plan. If you are covered by another insurance plan, that plan would pay its benefits first. This plan pays any medical expenses not previously paid by the primary insurance plan.
