3.12 Substantive Changes

Comprehensive Standard: The institution notifies the Commission of changes in accordance with the substantive change policy and, when required, seeks approval prior to the initiation of changes.

Georgia State University has been unwittingly non-compliant by failing to notify the Commission of substantive changes in a timely way.  Once we became aware of this requirement, we submitted the required prospectus in May, 2007 for three off-campus instructional sites, and received a response from the Commission in July, 2007.  [1] Additional documentation, as requested, was sent to the Commission on August 27, 2007.  [2]
