Georgia State University has a clearly defined and published organizational structure that delineates responsibility for the administration of policies.  The organizational chart of Georgia State University is published and available to view on the University Web Site. [1] It clearly shows the lines of responsibility and authority within the university.  The Undergraduate Catalog  [2] and Graduate Catalog  [3] also provide a summary of the division of roles among the vice-presidents, deans, and other key university units.

The organizational chart is regularly updated with the most recent update occurring July 1, 2007 [4]
