Directed Research Funds are available as matching funding for the recruiting of new faculty where the total setup expenses exceed $50,000. In addition they are available to assist externally-funded faculty during a period of lapsed funding. The maximum award is $50,000. All requests should be made to the VP for Research by the Dean. Proposals are accepted throughout the year.
