Enable compliance with rules and regulations governing the use of human subjects, animals, hazardous and radioactive materials in research, biosafety as well as occupational and environmental health and safety. The GSU Compliance Program is described with a link to reporting non-compliance anonymously.

Investigate and advise on matters involving scholarly misconduct and conflict of interest and commitment. Provide direction in the required "Responsible Conduct in Research" training.

Provide Internal grants for faculty and student research as well as assistance in finding external funding sources.

Develop Intellectual Property and facilitate its transfer to the commercial and economic community within the state.
