Creating a Renewal

How to Create a Renewal Application:

  1. Log-in to IRBWise and open the study that you would like to renew.
  2. From the "Task" drop down menu in the upper right corner of the screen, select the option to "Request Renewal."
  3. The renewal application will open on the screen.
