The Office of the Registar is eager to help you provide the best educational experience for our students. Here are some of the topics you might be looking for, and feel free to browse the site for further information.

Records Management staff are happy to assist you if you have questions about confidentiality issues, FERPA, storage and retention of student records, or how records should be properly disposed of when appropriate. You can find university guidelines on the management of student records on this site.

Staff in the Registration and Compliance area handles the registration adjustments process [PDF]. This is the process to add, drop or withdraw a student from a course after the normal registration period.

Staff in the Academic Records area can also help if you have questions about the grading process at the end of the term. See the Grading Tutorial on the right for specific instructions. Staff can also help if you have questions about the process of requesting a grade correction for a student when necessary. If you would like to assign an Incomplete (I) grade, please refer to the policy of incomplete grades [PDF].

Semester calendars and exam schedules are managed by the Office of the Registrar. The semester calendars contain important dates about registration, fee payment, deadlines, and academic events occurring during the term.

These calendars are created and produced as tabloid size (11 x 17) posters. If you are printing on standard letter size paper (8 1/2 x 11), you must adjust the print scale to fit the page before printing in order to view all the content.
