January 14 - April 29: Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
April 30 - June 9: Monday - Friday, noon - 5 p.m.
Equipment must be picked up and returned during the above hours ONLY.

Closed Monday, January 21 for MLK: Free day
Closed Monday - Friday, March 18 - 22: Four day charge
Closed Monday, May 27 for Memorial Day: Free day
Parking for Loading and Unloading
A voucher will be provided by the parking attendant upon arrival. The voucher will need to be validated by TTE personnel in order to exit the parking lot. Parking is for 20 minutes ONLY. Park in the space marked "Touch the Earth" ONLY. No parking on sidewalk. Call (404)413-1772.
Rental Policies
Eligibility is limited to current GSU students, faculty and staff. GSU graduates are also eligible as long as they are current members of the SRC. You must have your PantherCard and you must make your reservation IN PERSON.
All reservations require a $20 deposit. Deposit is forfeited if reservation is not cancelled by 5 p.m. on pick-up day. Deposits will be held overnight if equipment is returned 5:30 p.m. or later and needs to be inspected.
Full payment must be made at time of equipment pick-up using check, cash or PantherCash.
All equipment will be inspected at time of return. Equipment returned after 5:30 p.m. will be inspected the following business day.
Equipment returned late will be assessed $1/day PLUS the daily rental fee.
Renters who return equipment wet, dirty and/or damaged will be assessed additional charges.
Cost categories are as follows: GSU students/ faculty, staff, graduate members of SRC (Faculty/staff do not have to be members of the SRC)

**Customers will receive a stove or lantern with a previously used fuel canister and a new canister at no additional charge.
***Rental period Monday - Friday, up to three consecutive days maximum. NO WEEKENDS. Helmet, lock, lamps, odometer and rack provided. Late fee - $20/day.
