Purpose
Our development projects are aimed at enhancing the overall experience of our university’s students. Each year the Georgia State University Department of Recreational Services encourages and supports young professionals to attend conferences at the local, regional, and national level within the recreational sports profession. Proceeds from the Georgia State University Recreational Services Annual Golf Tournament will be used to support the continual professional development of those student staff members who wish to continue their careers in recreation as they move forward in their professional endeavours.
Past Tournaments
Historically, the tournament has moved throughout the city to different golf venues. From Wolf Creek Golf Club to Windermere Golf Club to Stone Mountain to Canongate to The Frog, each has provided challenging golf experiences for the tournament.
