Free Fitness Classes
About the Program
Bored of the treadmill? If you enjoy a group workout atmosphere, you should check out the FREE classes we offer every semester! Members and fee paying guests may attend any of these classes as long as space permits. A minimum of 10 participants is necessary to keep a class active. Those entering late are responsible for warming up and being prepared for class.
No Registration Required!
All fitness classes are FREE of charge. Class size is limited by space and equipment availability. Participation will be on a first-come/first-served basis for each class. *Pre-registration is required for weight training classes. Register at the Information Desk in the Exercise Room.
Class Cancellation
After the first two weeks of the semester, classes with fewer than an average of 10 participants will be canceled. Most up-to-date schedules are posted outside each studio and on the website.
Start/End Schedule for Spring 2013
Classes start: Tuesday, January 22
Classes end: Monday, April 29
No classes: Monday, January 21; March 18-23

Sign up for a Beginning Weight Training class to get the answers to the big questions of what, why, how, and safety in one thorough session. Sign up in advance in the Exercise Room or check us out during Panther Fitness Challenge.
