Registered students, faculty and staff pay an entry fee of $4.50 at available on campus decks and lots. The Budget Card permit is a pre-paid parking option that saves $1 per entry off the regular parking rate. After 4:00 p.m., the rate is $2.25 with or without a Budget Card.
Budget Cards may be obtained from the parking customer service counters located on the second floor of the University Bookstore Building.
A minimum of $7.00 and up to $192.50 can be deposited onto the card with payment by PantherCash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, check, or cash. Additional value can be added at any time during regular customer service hours at the customer service windows or online at ParkingWeb.
Pre-paid parks added to Budget Cards expire after 12 months with no parking activity without further notice. The pre-paid parks on budget cards will be refunded for any unused parks by returning the Budget Card to the Auxiliary and Support Services customer service counter.
