PantherCard is your passport on campus. As the official Georgia State University identification card, it is your library card, access card to campus facilities, a meal plan, and a debit card through a PantherCash account. A PantherCard is issued to all currently registered students and to faculty, staff, and affiliates of Georgia State University.
