3. Avoid/Do not wear obscuring jewelry, headphones, sunglasses (or hats/head coverings unless for relgious purposes).

Additional Details of Requirements for Acceptable Photos:
1 - Current Photo: The photo must be current color photo with no extreme facial expressions.
2 - Background: The photo must be taken in front of a solid white or light to medium blue background.
3 - Head Shot Only: The photo must be taken centered with a full-face view. Your face must be directly facing the camera with the image from the base of the neck/top of shoulders. It also needs to face upward to top of head within the photo borders. (Do not chop off top of head).
4 - Head Coverings: You are not permitted to wear a hat or head covering unless worn daily for a religious purpose or medical reasons (a medical certificate may be required). If submitting a photo including a hat or head covering worn for religious or medical reasons, the hat or head covering must not cast any shadows over your face.
5 - Jewelry: Any jewelry worn must not obscure the face in any way.
6 - Hands-Free Devices: Headphones, wireless hands-free devices, or similar items are not acceptable in your photo.
7 - Glasses/Hearing Devices: If you normally wear prescription glasses, a hearing device, or similar articles, they may be worn for your photo (make sure to avoid glare if wearing prescription glasses).
8 - Tinted Glasses: Dark glasses or non-prescription glasses with tinted lenses are not acceptable unless you need them for medical reasons (a medical certificate may be required).
9 - Inappropriate Photos: Submitting obscene or otherwise inappropriate photos may subject the sender to disciplinary actions.
10 - Pick-up: In order to pick up your PantherCard, you must present a government issued photo ID of yourself, verifying your identity.
The University reserves the right to make final determination regarding acceptance or rejection of any PantherCard E-Photo submitted.
