One Stop Shop Announcements

  • Please be aware that final grades for the Fall 2012 Semester will be available on transcripts via PAWS on December 15th after 5:00 PM. 
  • The Office of Financial Aid will begin posting Spring Semester 2013 financial aid awards to students’ account on January 19, 2013.   If you have been approved to receive financial aid, check your PAWS account to view your financial aid award.  Make sure your anticipated financial aid award covers all tuition and fee charges.  Graduate students must be enrolled in 4.5 hours and Law Students and Undergraduate students must be enrolled in 6 hours at the time of disbursement in order to receive a student loan.
  • Please be advised that the University will be closed from Saturday, December 22, 2012 through Sunday, January 4, 2013.  The University will return to normal hours of operation on Monday, January 7, 2013.

Start next semester off right by completing ALL the steps of the enrollment process in PAWS!

Step 1: Run a program evaluation to review remaing course requirements and schedule advisor appointments as necessary
Step 2: Register for classes
Step 3: Check financial aid requirements for eligibility and accept aid
Step 4: View and pay charges on PantherPay
Step 5: Print your course schedule


Also, be sure to check your student e-mail often for important messages and print a copy of the Academic Calendar for semester dates and deadlines. You can also print a copy of these steps [PDF] for easy reference.

Visit Georgia State's One Stop Shop to find guidance to all of your enrollment-related concerns in the areas of student accounts, financial aid, and registration.  The One Stop Shop aims to significantly reduce the shuffle of being routed from office to office by providing one stop for all Georgia State students.

The One Stop Shop has convenient locations in Sparks Hall (rooms 227 and 228) and Kell Hall (room 292); you can also receive phone assistance through the Enrollment Services Call Center at 404-413-2600 or for TTY (for hearing impaired students), call 404-413-2281.  A computer lab is conveniently located in 228 Sparks Hall for students to view and update their records through PAWS, the Panther Access to Web Services. You can also access PAWS from any computer. By selecting the One Stop Shop tab, students have the ability to access their personal information involving the offices of Student Accounts, Financial Aid, and Registrar.
