In order to eliminate lines and improve customer service, Auxiliary and Support Services will sell M Deck and non-resident Lofts parking permits for the spring semester only online, and on a first-come first-served basis.
This is made possible by a temporary arrangement with the Rialto Center for the Arts ticket office. Beginning in fall of 2011, online parking permit sales will be processed through our parking management system.
At 8:30 a.m., Thursday, Dec. 9, students will be able to go to the parking website, www.gsu.edu/parking, and purchase either an M Deck or non-resident Lofts parking permit. Step-by-step instructions are online and provide how to make an M Deck or non-resident Lofts parking permit purchase.
The two semester permits for spring semester will only be available for purchase online. Since there are a limited number available, we expect that these permits will sell out quickly, so students are encouraged not to delay.
Will-call for permit pick-up will be available on Jan 5 - 7 in room 230 in the University Center. Permit pick-up will continue during the week of Mega One Stop Shop in the Student Center Ballroom Jan. 10 – 14. In order to receive an M Deck permit or non-resident Lofts permit, students are required to have a valid PantherCard and have registered their vehicle(s) for a 2010-2011 Student Parking Permit. Any citations not in appealed status are required to be paid in full.
