All nomination forms are housed in OrgSync. You do not need to login to OrgSync to complete these forms. Select the type of nomination form you want to complete from the list below:

  • Panther Leader of the Month
    Submission is currently OPEN

  • Royal Flame Award
    Nominations for the 2013 Royal Flame Awards are no longer being accepted. The 2013 Royal Flame Award Nominations forms are now available. The deadline for nominations will be due on March 15 at 5 p.m.TBD. Submission is currently open on http://gsu.orgsync.com/Forms.
  • Prior to submitting:
  1. Ensure all material is typed. Incomplete forms will not be considered.
  2. Submit the form online. Please submit any additional material to:
    Student Activities, Suite 330 in the Student Center
    Attention: Kristina Clement

  • Trotter Award
    2013 Trotter Award Nominations will be accepted through March 25.   Nomination letters should be emailed to kclement@gsu.edu
