Good to Great: Positive Changes to Help Reach Your Goals

The most successful leaders know that it is not enough to be good at what you do; you need to be great in order to make a lasting impact.  In this session, we will discuss how being a “Level 5” leader can help move your organization in the right direction.

Building Successful Communication Skills

Do you feel prepared to communicate in the workplace and beyond?  In this session, we will discuss effective communication in the workplace with colleagues and supervisors as well as the importance of successful communication skills to individual success.

Living with an Open-Mind

What does it mean to be open-minded and simultaneously hold on to your core values? As leaders, we need to remain open to the changing environments we find ourselves in and maintain our core beliefs. Together we will discover how to strike this balance. 

The Power of a Promise

We are kicking off our leadership series with a discussion about the commitments we make as leaders.  Often times we find ourselves saying yes to too many opportunities, only to back out later. This discussion will focus on the promises we make as leaders and the importance of following through.

Public Speaking: Let Your Voice Be Heard

Developing the confidence to speak comfortably in front of others is an important leadership skill. In this session, you will learn key advice for public speaking and have the opportunity to put the information in practice.

Have you ever wondered how top executives get to the top?  Our answer is tact; knowing how to say something without causing offense.  Take this opportunity to propel your communication skills and learn to speak and act with tact.

Overcoming Micromanagement

Have you ever worked with a micromanager?  Do you understand how frustrating it is to be micromanaged? Join us as we discuss different techniques for dealing with micromanagement as well as tips on how to avoid becoming a micromanager yourself.

Building a Diverse You
