Panther Leadership Academy
Panther Leadership Academy is a three day retreat for students interested in an intense leadership development experience. The goal of the retreat is to build participants’ confidence in their leadership skills, so they can positively influence their personal communities. Each spring, a group of 100 students is selected to participate in the annual retreat, which is held at a site off-campus. During the retreat, students are divided into small groups led by a staff facilitator and student mentor. Over the course of the retreat, participants will engage in small group discussions, teambuilding activities, skill building workshops, and personal reflection. This is a great opportunity to network with other campus leaders and make new friends!
