Releases
- Event/Presentation Speaker Release (PDF)
Speakers presenting information at an event/presentation that will be video recorded and distributed should sign this release. - Video Participant Release (PDF)
Participants in media projects should sign this release, unless your department supplies an alternate form. - Video Submission Release (JPEG)
Students must add this image to the end of a video in order to communicate that they have reviewed the legal and policy information above and wish to submit their video for inclusion in Georgia State on iTunes U.
