 1. Why did IS&T realign its structure?
IS&T realigned its structure to better serve the campus community. The change helps IS&T to refine its customer focus, enhance service delivery and ensure transparent stewardship over the university's information technology (IT) resources.

2. How do I obtain IT service and support?
You should continue to contact IS&T for service and support in the same ways that you have in the past. To obtain technical support or if you have a question or concern about an IS&T service, please contact the Help Center via e-mail or phone.
