Request Review and Approval of Selected Surveillance Systems Prior to Installation

Request Review & Approval of Security Control or Digital Video Surveillance Systems

1. Contact the University Help Center by phone 404-413-HELP (4357), or email (help@gsu.edu).
2. Request assistance with reviewing security control or surveillance systems.
   A ticket will be generated and distributed to the appropriate network technician. The technician will contact you (usually within 24 hours) to schedule a consultation to review the equipment available and provide guidelines for purchasing and installing the equipment in accordance with university policy.
