Professional Services
Professional Services provides expertise, resources and training in support of information technology initiatives. This unit specializes in translating complex information into more approachable forms through multimedia, information design and instructional design services. Professional Services also provides expertise in project management facilitation.
The Professional Services unit encompasses:

Multimedia Communication Services including professional writing and multimedia services such as graphic design and audio/video production.

Instructional Design Services including guidance on course design (within uLearn, vClass, etc.). We can work with you on ideas and strategies to implement podcasts, virtual environments and other tools used in your courses.

Information Design Services including information architecture, technical writing, and ad-hoc reporting. Example deliverables include, but are not limited to, site maps, wireframes, knowledge bases, user manuals, programmer guides, and how to's.

Project Management Office including expertise in planning and managing projects.

Training Services including training delivery and coordination for software applications and hardware, both in person and online.
