Professional Services assists with getting your messages across, technical processes explained, and projects completed without having to be a technical expert yourself.
- Multimedia Communication Services offers writing, graphic, animation and audio/video production services.
- Instructional Design and Training Services supports effective course design including ideas and strategies for teaching and learning online, and offers technology training.
- Information Design Services offers information architecture, technical writing, and ad-hoc reporting services with products such as site maps, wireframes, knowledge bases and user manuals.
- Project Management Office provides expertise in planning and managing large and long-term projects.
When knowledgeable designers work with you to enrich and make sense of your content, multimedia such as video, audio and graphs make complex information more approachable and effective. Our experience includes new collaborative media, such as podcasts and virtual environments. Experienced instructors can train your staff, and our project management experts can guide your team through the project completion process.
