The Office of International Initiatives congratulates the following GSU students for receiving highly-competitive national scholarships for overseas study!
Hainer Sibrian, a senior in the Political Science department, has been awarded a Boren Scholarship. He will study Arabic and Political Science in Cairo, Egypt next year.
Brittanie Browning, a student in the College of Law, has been awarded a Critical Language Scholarship to study Korean in Jeonju, South Korea this summer.
Linze Yarbrough and Courtney Tigner received Benjamin A. Gilman scholarships for summer 2012. Yarbrough will be studying in China, while Tigner will study in South Korea.
