- Forwards approved list of potential external reviewers to APIE

- Review the unit's Self Study Report and unit Chair's/Director's letter and write focused letter for External Reviewers
- Forward focused letter for External Reviewers to APIE
- Review and comment on Academic Program Review Committee's Report

| Action Plan Year (Year 3) |
- In consultation with unit head, the Dean reviews the draft of Action Plan and makes necessary revisions
- Dean submits Action Plan to APIE
- Dean uses findings/results of academic program review in strategic planning for college and university
