Professional Staff

The staff of the Office of New Student Orientation and Parent Relations includes professionals, graduate students, and student employees who are ready to meet the needs of incoming students and their families. Throughout the year, the staff strives to successfully integrate all new students, parents, and family members to the Georgia State community. If you are on campus, stop by the Student Center, Suite 265 and say hello.

Lead Inceptors

Lead Inceptors are returning orientation leaders who provide leadership among the Incept team.  They serve as role models, provide direction, and serve as a resource for their team members much the same way team captains do on sports teams.

Inceptors, new student orientation leaders, are current Georgia State students specially trained to lead new students throughout the Incept day.
