All students attending Incept will receive academic advisement from representatives of the Student Advisement Center or their college or school. Academic Advisement will give you a chance to learn about the curriculum for your degree program and how to plan your first semester schedule.
All freshmen will be advised by the Student Advisement Center. For more information about Academic Advisement for freshmen, visit the Student Success for Freshmen page.
Transfer students with less than 42 credits will also be advised by the Student Advisement Center. Students with at least 42 credit hours may contact the Office of Adademic Assistance (OAA) of your college to schedule an appointment for advisement or to find out times for walk-in advisement. Transfer students are encouraged to attend Incept to receive advisement. For more information about Academic Advisement for transfers, visit the Student Success for Transfers page.
