eTime Approval for Exempt Employees Effective immediately, the approval of time cards for Exempt Employees (Academic Year Faculty, Fiscal Year Faculty, and Staff paid monthly) has been deferred until the 5th business day of the following month. This means that February 7, 2011, is the deadline for approving January 2011 time cards.
Deferring the approval of time cards should give employees ample time to record all activity for the month in eTime. This will also allow supervisors sufficient time to review the cards prior to Payroll, Benefits, and HRIS signing off on them
