Annual W-2 Statements Go Paperless
2011 W-2 Statements Now Available!!!!
Employees now can access their 2011 W-2 Statements via the ADP portal. If an employee does not have access to a computer, s/he can stop by the 3rd Floor of 1 Park Place and access the portal using one of the kiosks available.
If an employee has not registered for the portal, here is a link to the instructions.

If an individual has registered for the portal and is having issues accessing the portal or viewing his/her W-2 Statement, s/he must contact the Helpdesk at 404-413-4357 or help@gsu.edu for assistance.
If an individual did not register to Go Paperless prior to December 31st, s/he will have a paper W-2 Statement mailed to his/her home address on file as of 1/9/12. The Statement is scheduled to arrive prior to January 31, 2012.
P.S. If you have a MAC, you will need to bring up the W-2 from the virtual PC and print from there. It will display on the MAC, but does not print correctly as a PDF.
