Checklist for Each Patient:

Asymptomatic (HAVING NO SYMPTOMS)
Over 35 years old
Does NOT have breast implants
Must have name of physician or call Physician Referral (before exam) at 678-843-7312
Previous Mammograms? We MUST have previous films or Mammogram results may be delayed.
Ask each woman to either bring her latest breast films with her or have them sent to:
Saint Joseph's Breast Health Center, Attention: Mobile Mammography
